2. Q: Can we get sample to check quality?
A: Yes, we can provide sample to you.

3. Q: How can we get the sample?
A: Usually we will take 1~5 days to make the sample. You should pay for the transportation freight of the sample and our sample cost, while the sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.

4. Q: What is your main product?
A: We are specialized in quartz granite sinks, bathroom basins, and shower trays.

5. Q: Do you accept special size? How much for new mold charge?
A: Yes, we can accept OEM and ODM services. The cost will depend on the size and quantity.

6. Q: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A : Our factory can laser print customer' s logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.

7. Q: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case of any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/video for reference. We will compensate for you and find out how to eliminate the defects ultimately.

8. Q: Can i buy 1 piece/piece to our house or showroom?
A: Yes, we welcome your order with any quantity. But if you buy one piece, we have to ship them by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

9. Q: How is your item package?
A: We use best 5ply carton with foam and PVC bag.

10. Q: What’s your payment term?
A: Option1: T/T 30% deposit for producing, balance paid after received the packing list and packing photo.
Option 2: T/T 30% deposit for producing, balance paid after seeing the copy of B/L. The shipping charge need to prepay from us.

11. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Normally the delivery time is within 30days after 30% deposit. However the time is based on the order quantity.
